| CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS |

| 1. |
All reservations must be guaranteed with a
deposit. A deposit of $65.00 is required for stays of less than
one week in duration and a 50% deposit is required for stays of
one week or longer. A reservation is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. Cash, cheque/money order
made payable to "J Switzer" or online reservations using PayPal are acceptable forms of payment. The balance is due upon check-in. |

| 2. |
All cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee based upon the entire reservation.
Cancellation notice required:
Stays of one week or less - one week notice
Stays of greater than one week but less than one month - two weeks notice
Stays of one month or longer - one month notice
A delayed cancellation will result in the deposit being forfeited unless the vacancy can be filled. Cancellation requests need to be in writing. |

| 3. |
No-shows, late check-ins and early
check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire
reservation. |

| 4. |
The guest agrees to be held personally liable for any and all damages to the suite, including but not limited to bedding and towels and to be responsible for all items loaned to the guest. In the event items are lost, missing or otherwise not usable, through normal wear and tear, the guest authorizes management to bill them for the full value of said item. |

| 5. |
Check-In Time: After 3:00pm and before 11:00pm
Check-Out Time: Before 11:00am |

| 6. |
Rates quoted based upon double occupancy. Additional guests will be charged a $25.00 fee per person per night. A maximum of
2 persons in suite 4, a maximum of 4 persons in suite 2 and 3. |

| 7. |
A cot is available at an additional fee of $10.00/night. |
| |
|
| POLICIES |
| |
| 1. |
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments and interior common areas. It is permitted outside on the grounds, decks and balconies. |

| 2. |
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets, however, there are kennels in the immediate area. |
| |
|
| 3. |
Guests over the age of 10 are welcome, however, young adults must not be left unsupervised. |
| |
|
| 4. |
Parties may not be hosted in any of the rental suites at any time. |
| |
|
| 5. |
Guests may not burn candles in their suites. |
